Neumann Media is the student-run media organization at Neumann University, offering students from all majors the chance to explore, create, and grow in a supportive environment. Based in our home at the Mullen Communication Center—a 10,000-square-foot addition to the Bruder Life Center—we welcome students of all skill levels and backgrounds. No prior experience is needed – just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm.
Students can host their own radio shows on 98.5 WNUW, produce podcasts, join productions like Neumann Knight Live (our spin on Saturday Night Live), or work behind the scenes on a variety of projects. From nursing majors hosting radio shows to business students producing videos, our community includes both seasoned media creators and first-time broadcasters, all learning and growing together. You can start small – observe a production, join our crew, or just hang out in our community spaces. Every media professional started as a beginner, and we’re here to help you discover and develop your interests.
Through our dual-track approach, you can explore creative projects while gaining valuable professional experience. Our partnerships with Beasley Media Group, Preston and Steve on 93.3 WMMR, and IMS Technology Services have created successful career paths for students across all academic disciplines. Join our community and discover what’s possible when you try something new in a supportive environment.
